Suitable HR is a Human Resources Consultancy based in Tunbridge Wells and provides a professional and personal HR service to small and medium sized businesses. We offer hands-on operational HR support tailored to meet the needs of our clients. Our Human Resources service operates within Tunbridge Wells and the surrounding area.

About Us
Suitable HR was founded by Nicola Souter, a highly experienced HR professional with over 15 years of experience within Human Resources. Nicola has a Masters in Personnel and Development and is CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development) qualified.
Nicola started her HR career in 1997 and has worked within a range of sectors always in generalist HR roles. Her career in HR started at Harrods and after a few years she moved to the London Stock Exchange before becoming HR Manager at Fortis Bank, where she worked for 8 years. During her time in the City she has worked extensively on recruiting new employees, in the process working towards reducing recruitment spend by leveraging social media and industry wide contacts. Nicola has introduced graduate recruitment and training programmes and was heavily involved in the business restructure and TUPE transfer of employees from Fortis Bank to BNP Paribas.
More recently Suitable HR has been a consultant for technology firms and stockbrokers and asset managers, responsible for setting up HR departments and delivering a full HR service which included implementing policies and procedures, updating staff handbooks and employment contracts, and helping these companies prepare for auto-enrolment.
